Terms and Conditions of Purchase
In purchasing from Plimsoll Publishing Ltd, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Definitions
In these terms and conditions, "we" and "us" refers to Plimsoll Publishing Ltd, whose registered office and trading address is Scotswood House, Thornaby Place, Stockton on Tees, TS17 6SB
“You” refers to the customer of Plimsoll Publishing Ltd.
“Plimsoll” refers to Plimsoll Publishing Ltd.
“The website” refers to www.plimsoll.co.uk.
“The analysis” refers to an Analysis created by and purchased from Plimsoll Publishing Ltd
2. Disclaimer
2.1 The analysis is confidential and may be used by a customer of Plimsoll Publishing Limited only. The report should not be passed to or used or relied on by any other person. Plimsoll Publishing Limited cannot accept any liability to any other person who places reliance on this report.
The report is based on information provided by the customer and in the public domain and has been produced for informational purposes only. The report should not be relied on by the customer in making investment or other decisions. With the exception of liability for Plimsoll’s negligence resulting in personal injury, death and fraud, for which Plimsoll does not limit or exclude its liability, Plimsoll (a) excludes its liability for all indirect or consequential loss and (b) limits its liability in all other respects to a maximum of the amount paid by the customer for the report.

5. Exclusion of liability for suppliers' goods and services
We can accept no liability for any goods or services provided by third party suppliers. Any goods or services which are not stated to be provided by us are provided by third parties over whom we do not have control and you should satisfy yourself that you wish to purchase those goods or services before contracting with the supplier. The suppliers will be supplying on their own standard terms and conditions and you should check that you agree to those terms and conditions before placing an order.
6. Payment
6.1 If purchasing within the UK no payment is required at the point of purchase. You will be invoiced to the address you have supplied for this purpose. The payment period is 14 days. Payment may be made by cheque, credit card or bank transfer. If purchasing outside the UK payment must be made on order via credit card.
6.2 Failure to pay within the agreed terms may result in legal action being taken against your company.
7. Data protection
7.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will collect and use information supplied by you to Plimsoll Publishing Ltd. We may use it to tell you (via email, telephone, post or any alternative medium) about changes to our services, or about services and products we believe to be of interest to you. If you would prefer us not to use your personal information in this way, you can contact us at enquiries@plimsoll.co.uk. We WILL NOT share your personal details and information with third parties. Personal details and information are information which is not publicly available.
7.2 Under the UK Data Protection Act 1998 we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access.
7.3 You may contact us to edit your personal information at any time.
8. Right to cancel and refunds
8.1 You can cancel any products you order from the website within 24 hours of your order being accepted, except where the product or service you have ordered has already been despatched to you. You accept that the products will often be despatched shortly after the order is accepted and as a result you may only have a short period, if any, in which to cancel an order.
8.2 If the Analysis fails to meet your requirements in anyway, please let us know within 14 days and we will do all we can to remedy the problem. If after contacting us you still wish to return the Analysis, please return the Analysis to us within 14 days of our response to your enquiry for a full refund.
8.3 You should send any notice of cancellation of an order to enquiries@compaedia.com. Please give full details of the order, including the order number we have given you for it.
8.4 Where you cancel an order in accordance with these terms and conditions, we will refund to you any sums paid for that order within 30 days of receipt of your cancellation.
9. General
9.1 If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions shall not be affected.
9.2 We may modify these terms and conditions at any time by publishing the modified terms and conditions on the Website. Any modifications shall take effect 3 days after posting on the Website.
10. Governing law
10.1 These terms are governed by and to be construed in accordance with English law.
10.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
